An exhibition at Tate Modern recreated Damien Hirst’s performance shown at Cologne’s Unfair art fair in 1992. Identical twins sat beneath Hirsts’ spot paintings for the duration of Pop Life: Art in a Material World exhibition.

My twin sister and I became part of this live exhibit which involved sitting for hour-long sessions. A mesmerising experience and an opportunity to meet over 60 pairs of identical twins from all over the UK.
